We ship out orders on the weekdays, Monday to Friday. Your order should be shipped within 1-3 working days after you have recieved your order confirmation. If your order has not been shipped within 1-3 working days, please contact us on support@norzapparel.com
Our Warehouse is located in Sweden
For customers ordering from European Union, the price shown includes VAT (Taxes) at the prevailing rate. There will therefore be no extra costs besides shipping for our EU customers.
Customers ordering from: United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Serbia, Bosnia, Armenia, Montenegro, Albania, Moldova, Ukraine, Bosnia and Georgia, the price you pay is the full price not including import tax to your country. You are fully responsible for any and all import duties and customs charges when receiving goods overseas. We do not accept any refunds regarding this topic. NO EXEPTIONS.
Swedish orders should take 1-5 working days. For International orders, it depends on where in the world you live, but should be delivered within 1-2 weeks.

Yes, as long as you furfill our Refund Policy criterias. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
